DESCRIZIONE GENERALE: A brand new concept, Meliá Marina Varadero is part of the prestigious Meliá brand, which is synonymous with excellence. Bordering the Marina Gaviota, the Meliá Marina Varadero is slated to become the island’s largest yacht club.

There are a total of 549 hotel rooms here; those on 7th floor (known as "The Level" – Space for Luxury) offer concierge service, VIP lounge e & bars, tea time service, discounts, reservation priorities and many more . Additionally, there are 126 studios and apartments housed in a separate 5-story building. Independent condominium rentals are a rather unique concept in Cuba and there is nowhere offering this level of service and facilities, including grocery store, pharmacy, laundry, fitness center, pool and independent reception.

The constructed village here is designed to cater to your every whim and need. Strolling along the promenade, you will pass the Waterfront Commercial Shopping Centre (operational approximately June 2014), which will house shops, bars, restaurants, a disco, game room, jazz bar. Furthermore there is a dive center, catamaran terminal and marina services (dockage and mooring).

Varadero is located on the Hicacos Peninsula, about 140 kilometers east of Havana. Varadero has approximately 20 kilometers of beach, adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico in the east, the Bay of Cardenas in the west. Meliá Marina Varadero is located on the north-eastern part of the peninsula bordering Marina Gaviota, 40 km from Varadero’s international airport.
